Content Requirements
Effective Date: April. 1, 2024
Independent developers can find a home at Convenience4u. We welcome and honor a wide variety of ideas and
conversations.
The standards that follow spell out what is and isn't appropriate on Convenience4u. We may consult
outside experts,
studies, and industry best practices in interpreting and enforcing these rules, but we retain
the only authority to do
so. You may email us at Convenience4u.com with any queries or if you come across
anything that might violate these
rules.
We reserve the right to delete, conceal from public access, or apply other restrictions on any content that we find
to
be in violation of these standards. This is a work in progress; we reserve the right to make changes to the
Content
Guidelines at any time, without prior warning.
Legal
People's intellectual property should be respected, and you should not violate their right to privacy or any other
legal
privilege. Nothing you publish should go against the law or any rules. The content you publish on
Convenience4u is
solely your responsibility, and you are liable for any harm the content causes.
General
Convenience4u should be a secure space for conversation and expression. However, we also think that a
vigorous
conversation includes the critique and discussion of contentious matters, therefore we try to strike a
fair balance
between these two goals. Convenience4u does not, under any circumstances, permit intimidation or
threats.
Hatred
It is not permitted to use Convenience4u to publish or support projects that encourage violence against members
of
protected classes.
Credible threats of bodily violence against someone on the basis of their race,
ethnicity, national origin, religion,
sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, handicap, or medical
condition are considered offending behavior.
Private information
It is forbidden to upload or publish someone else's private information (like their home address or phone
number)
without that person's express consent. Additionally, we forbid making threats to divulge personal
information or
encouraging others to do so. Publicly available information releases are not against this policy.
Plagiarism
It's forbidden to publish anything that someone else has written or developed and call it your own.
Impersonation
We forbid impersonation, which includes going by the name of another individual, company, or brand.
Regarding
Convenience4u specifically, this means that you should not use the company's name, logo, or trademark
in any way that
would deceive third parties or misrepresent the business.

Harmful and illegal activities
We prohibit anything that encourages harmful or unlawful behavior, such as advocating, threatening, or depicting
you
harming other people, animals, or oneself.
Spam and phishing
We strongly oppose phishing and spam. Make sure the mailing list you are importing from another platform contains
just
those individuals who have given their express consent to receive emails from your particular
publication.
Don't import your contacts list or social graphs, and don't add people to your mailing list without
their permission.
In a similar vein, publishing content for spam or phishing is prohibited. When dealing with
other users on Convenience4u
through email replies, discussion threads, or comments, please refrain from posting
spam.
Convenience4u is not a platform for email marketing. Publications that are created just to promote an outside good
or
service, sending out offers and promotions, or engaging in similar activities are not allowed.
